The following recipes are very low sodium meals that we have made and liked.They are all vegetarian recipes, and are suitable for any low-sodium diet.
Sticky tofu, with optional hot sauce

Greek lentil soup (spicy and non-spicy versions)
Tofu burgers, with crispy rosemary potatoes (low sodium and vegetarian)
Chickpeas, spinach and sweet potatoes
